MEET THE TEAM

MEET JESS

The start of Jess’ career was very uninspiring. After graduating in 2009, he was extremely excited to start his career and accepted a corporate PT job. However, things didn’t go as he had expected. Instead of enhancing his skills, he found himself shouldering a heavy caseload without any guidance which led to frustration. After two years figuring it out on his own, the frustration led to a desire of professional exodus and exploring medical school.

That’s when everything changed. With his one last attempt, Jess sought out a highly respected mentor who exposed him to a completely purposeful way of thinking. That small moment changed the course of his career.

He understands the importance of being purposeful in your education and how it can shape both your career and your life. In creating Rehab Code, he is providing you with the opportunity to do the same.

He saw a problem with post-graduate education and wants to change it.

Creative Director Erin Lynch

MEET erin

When Erin graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 she was bright-eyed and motivated to take on the field. And then she got burnt out real quick. High productivity standards in outpatient orthopedics limited the ability to seek out genuine mentorship. She walked out of continuing education courses more drained than when she walked in. So eventually she shifted gears and pursued graphic design to combine her creativity with her knowledge in sports medicine.

At Rehab Code, she can work on courses that make you feel invigorated about the field and assist in mentorship opportunities for new grads that she wishes she had when she first started. Here you have access to resources that may be difficult to find on your own and you can join a community full of members like Jess and Erin who want to see you succeed.

Keegan Ross | PT DPT SCS CSCS

If you are interested in sports there was likely a point in your career path where you decided whether you wanted to be a sports PT or an S&C coach. For Keegan, he thought why not both? At EXOS he works as both a Performance Physical Therapist and Performance Specialist. This unique role allows him to follow an athlete across the continuum of sports rehab as he addresses issues from the table to the field. He brings this holistic perspective to the Reconditioning course and helps guide you through the nuances of rehab and performance.

Tim Fearon | PT DPT FAAOMPT OCS COMT

It’s not often that you get to learn from someone with 35+ years of experience, but Tim brings his rich clinical history and his passion for teaching to the courses at Rehab Code. To show his mastery in education, he was awarded the prestigious Kaltenborn “Teach I Must” Award in 2017 and has been an influential figure to many fellowship-trained PTs. Tim has never lost sight of what it means to treat the patient. He is a true clinician and is always focused on making those around him better clinicians.

Peer Himler | PT DScPT FAAOMPT OCS CSCS

The best people to learn from are life-long learners themselves. Peer graduated from the Physical Therapy program at NAU in 2005 and hasn’t stopped learning since. He has a multitude of certifications and recently completed his Doctor of Science degree. When he’s not learning, he’s teaching. He’s spent 5 years as an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern’s Physical Therapy program and also assists with Evidence In Motion’s online and weekend courses. At Rehab Code, he combines everything he has learned to provide you with today’s best evidence and enhance your learning experience with our live courses.
